Both laser shooting and VR gaming can be quite intense. We therefore recommend that you leave a break between your games each time. During this break, you can catch your breath, check your scores or possibly even have a drink in our cozy bar.
Your reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days in advance. Within the week to 3 days before the date of service delivery, a 50% administration and/or cancellation fee will be charged. For 2 days or less before the service delivery date or a no-show, the full price will be charged
You take the Social deal voucher digitally or on paper with you to STIXN and the employee will scan it. Place a note “social deal” with your reservation or already enter your voucher code when making your reservation.

Yes, you can park your car on the free parking in front of the door. We have a large parking lot.
The bus stops right outside the door. From Leuven you have to take the line R90 Leuven – Brussel Noord/Kortenberg. Stop Veltem-Beisem Kantonnier.
The minimal age for our Escape Room is 12 years. However, children under the age of 12 can participate under supervision and guidance of an adult.
You can always leave the room if necessary. The door is never locked.
Don’t worry, anything is possible. Small glasses frames certainly fit under the VR headset, with larger frames we can make the VR headset more spacious. In general, we notice that it is more comfortable to play with lenses.
There are no physical obstacles in the arena, and the playing field is clearly defined. Everything you see through the VR glasses is true to life, but 100% virtual. The VR headsets give clear signals if you threaten to walk outside the arena.
The experiences and technology are of a very high quality. Some people are naturally more sensitive to this than others.
If you suddenly feel dizzy or nauseous, always keep calm, our game masters are ready to help you.
Yes, you can follow the virtual adventure of your family, friends or colleagues on a big screen. You can also see them in action in real life by watching from the sidelines. This way you can see what they see through their VR glasses and what the game looks like without VR glasses. Hilarity guaranteed! This applies to every activity we offer.
